Return & Refund Policy

 

At aaru enterprises, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

1. Return Eligibility

 

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

    • The product must include original tags, packaging, and accessories.

    • The product should be returned in the same condition as delivered.

Note: Certain items such as innerwear, personal care products, customized items, and perishables are non-returnable.

 

2. Return Process

 

  1. Initiate Return:
    Log in to your aaru enterprises account and go to My Orders → Select the order → Click Return.

  2. Pick-up Scheduled:
    Our delivery partner will arrange a reverse pick-up (if available in your area).

  3. Product Inspection:
    After the item reaches our warehouse, we will inspect it for eligibility.

  4. Approval/Decline:
    You’ll be notified via email/SMS once the return is approved or declined

 

3. Refund Policy

 

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • The refund will be made through the original payment method.

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you'll be asked to provide your bank or UPI details for the refund.

  • In some cases, a aaru enterprises Wallet credit may be offered for faster resolution.

 

4. Exchange Policy

 

  • Exchanges are available only for size or color variants of the same product (if in stock).

  • To exchange, initiate the return as described above and select the Exchange option.

 

5. Cancellations

 

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.

  • If already shipped, you may request a return after delivery.

  • To cancel, go to My Orders → Select the order → Click Cancel.

 

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear

  • Beauty, grooming, and personal care products

  • Customized, made-to-order, or altered items

  • Food, beverages, and perishable goods

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Upload supporting images during the return process.

  • Our team will verify and resolve the issue promptly
